Before your visit to Santa, step into a magical VR journey and soar through snowy skies on Santa’s sleigh – a truly unforgettable experience for children and adults alike.
🎟️ Important: The VR Sleigh Ride is not included in your Santa Grotto booking and must be booked separately.

We offer free shipping on all products when you spend over £250 and orders under this value will incur a £8.99 delivery cost to Mainland UK.
All our products will be delivered by DPD & FedEx. Some smaller items may use Royal Mail Tracked depending on size.
All items ordered before 3pm will be shipped and delivered within 2-4 days. Each order will get an automated Real Tracking information and live delivery updates to be sure your parcel is in good hands and on its way to you! Not going to be in update the info and the courier will assist you. All this information will be sent to your email or Mobile phone.
