Santa’s Grotto
Come and Meet Santa at his Newley refurbished home at Time Christmas for 2023. You will be greeted by one of Santa’s magical elves who will take you through the Time Christmas Wonderland. You will meet Santa and another of his magical elves and spend approximately 10 minutes over the experience and have the opportunity to take your own photos, or even ask our magical elf to capture that family moment.
Your child will receive a free gift from Santa, which is from our exclusive Grinch, Snowman or Elf on the Shelf Range range.
We only charge per child to see Santa and each paid Child ticket purchased will receive a gift. Choice of Gifts to suit age ranges.
All accompanying adult family members & carers etc are FREE! Maximum Experience of 8 people
The limit inside the Grotto is 8 people. Adults are FREE to enter.
Children under the age of 1 go free with a paying purchase of a Childs ticket. –

Please note that once you have booked a time slot with us, you are unable to cancel your order and all bookings on our site are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange on bookings.

We are sorry to say that our Santa’s Grotto area is accessed via stairs and we have no lift access. Please bear this in mind when booking.

We offer free shipping on all products when you spend over £100 and orders under this value will incur a £3.99 delivery cost.
All our products will be Delivered by DPD & Fed Ex. Some smaller items may use Royal mail Tracked depending on size.
All items ordered before 3pm will be shipped and delivered within 2-3 days. Due to ongoing covid restrictions there may be some unforeseen delays but this would be supported using the Delivery companies tracking service. Each order will get an automated Real Tracking information and live delivery updates to be sure your parcel is in good hands and on its way to you! Not going to be in update the info and the courier will assist you. All this information will be sent to your email or Mobile phone.
