We offer free shipping on all products when you spend over £250 and orders under this value will incur a £8.99 delivery cost.
All our products will be Delivered by DPD & Fed Ex. Some smaller items may use Royal mail Tracked depending on size.
All items ordered before 3pm will be shipped and delivered within 2-3 days. Each order will get an automated Real Tracking information and live delivery updates to be sure your parcel is in good hands and on its way to you! Not going to be in? Update the info and the courier will assist you. All this information will be sent to your email or Mobile phone.
Parcels do not require signatures however geotagging and photographic evidence will be taken to ensure full security of your parcel along with Live updates and tracking sent via apps/emails be sure to interact with them for any updates.
Next day items must be ordered before 12pm to meet eligibility. Goods ordered after this cut off will still be treated as an express but would be delivered after the next working day

Pre-Ordered Items
All pre-ordered items are listed with estimated delivery dates. Please note that due to ongoing logistical challenges both globally and within the UK, these dates are not guaranteed and may change.
As a seasonal business, we place orders with our suppliers based on customer demand, particularly for pre-order items. Once your pre-order is confirmed, we are committed to our supplier, and therefore cancellations are generally not possible. This helps us manage stock responsibly and avoid over-ordering.
However, if there are significant delays—such as items not arriving within a reasonable timeframe or no longer being suitable for the season—we will review each case individually and offer appropriate solutions.
You will receive updates on your order status via email through our live order tracking system, which may sometimes provide earlier or later delivery estimates than initially stated.
If you have concerns about your delivery date or would like to discuss your order, please get in touch with us. Restocking fees may apply for returned or cancelled items that were specially ordered to meet customer requests.
European/International Deliveries
Since Brexit, shipping directly to Europe has become more complicated, and unfortunately we don’t currently offer a direct delivery service outside the UK.
To make things easier, many of our customers use Forward2me, a trusted parcel forwarding company.
How it works
Sign up with Forward2me to receive your own personal UK delivery address.
Place your order with us as normal, using that UK address at checkout.
Once your parcel arrives at Forward2me, they will ship it on to your European address.
Forward2me also offers useful services such as parcel consolidation and a choice of couriers to help save on shipping costs.
Important Information
Our responsibility for delivery ends once your parcel has been delivered to the UK forwarding address you provide. Any onward shipping is arranged at your own risk with the forwarding provider.
If you need to return an item (whether faulty or unwanted), it must be returned to us via the same forwarding company.
We are unable to arrange collections or cover return costs from addresses outside the UK.
