Welcome to Time Christmas Ltd. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website, online ordering, and in-store purchases. By accessing or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].
1. Prices & Tax
All prices shown include VAT (where applicable). Postage and packaging costs are calculated and shown at checkout after you select your delivery destination and shipping method. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
2. Dispatch Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 working days. During peak periods, this may extend slightly, and we will notify you in such cases.

Next-day delivery is available on orders placed before 12:00 noon, Monday to Thursday.

Orders placed on Friday requiring Saturday delivery must select the appropriate Saturday delivery rate.

If standard next-day delivery is selected on a Friday, the order will be dispatched for delivery on the following Monday.

During peak periods, next-day services may take an additional day. These are still classed as express services.
If we are unable to dispatch your order within 29 working days, we will contact you with an updated estimate and give you the option to cancel for a full refund unless goods are pre orders.
Once dispatched, you will receive an automated email with tracking details.
3. Receiving Goods & Delivery Terms
Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.

Do not sign for goods as “unchecked”. Time Christmas is not liable for any damage reported after goods have been signed for without damage noted.

If visible or concealed damage is found, note it on the delivery receipt and notify us via email within 72 hours of delivery.

Goods requested to be left in non-standard locations (e.g. porches, bins, behind gates) are left entirely at the customer’s risk.

4. Returns & Cancellations
Unwanted Goods / Change of Mind (Distance Selling)
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Goods must be in resalable condition with all original packaging.

Returns are made at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.

You must contact us at [email protected] to request a Return Authorisation (RTN) before sending anything back.

Items returned without authorisation will not be processed.
Please note: Goods purchased in-store are not eligible for refund, but may be exchanged or credited at our discretion within 14 days and with proof of purchase.
5. Faulty Goods
If your item develops a fault:

Within 30 days of delivery: You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.

After 30 days: We may still assist, though refunds are not guaranteed. We may offer repair or replacement only, subject to inspection.

Items returned for inspection must be authorised via email before being sent back and maybe subject to customers cost to return.
All faulty item returns after 30 days are returned at the customer’s cost, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Santa’s Grotto Bookings
All Santa’s Grotto bookings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once confirmed.
7. Consumer Rights Act 2015
We fully comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including:

The right to a refund within 30 days for faulty goods

The right to a repair or replacement after 30 days

After 6 months, the burden of proof falls on the customer to show the fault existed at delivery

Refunds or rejections after 30 days require evidence that a repair or replacement has failed or is not feasible

8. Click & Collect Orders

Items will be held for up to 1 months from the order date.
-
If not collected within this time, your order may be cancelled but still charged.

You may request delivery for a Click & Collect item — this will incur additional carriage charges.

Customers have 14 days from the order date to cancel or amend Click & Collect purchases.
If you need your item held longer, please contact us in advance and we will try to accommodate your request.
9. Privacy & GDPR Compliance
We are committed to protecting your data:

Payment and personal data is processed securely through trusted providers (Stripe, Amazon Pay, PayPal)

10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Time Christmas Ltd from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your breach of these terms.
11. Intellectual Property & Website Use
All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Time Christmas or its licensors and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.
You agree not to:

12. User-Generated Content
By submitting content (e.g. reviews, photos) to our site, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and distribute it. You confirm you hold the rights to any content you submit.
We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates laws or our standards.
13. Email Marketing
You will only receive promotional emails if you opt-in during checkout. We never sell email lists.

14. Limited Warranties & Liability
We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of our website content.
